April's numbers are in from UtahRealEstate.com and are showing that our real estate market remains strong. Homes spent an average of 12 days on the market in April 2020 compared to 20 days on the market in April of 2019, the median sold price went up $20,000 and while a inventory of homes on the market went down slightly, the percentage of homes that sold or went under contract remained nearly the same. Utah still has a strong sellers market and it does not appear that COVID-19 has had a significant affect.
